This is a Vintage TAG Heuer 1000, which is an iconic watch of the 80's. It has a 38mm blue dial, stainless steel case, and stainless steel bracelet. This is a quartz watch which is in excellent condition and is part of my personal collection (I'm selling a few of my personal collection as they don't get wrist time and watches should be worn not stored away in a watch box).
