The OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M GMT Ref. 232.90.44.22.03.001 combines serious dive-watch capability with the practicality of a second time zone. Constructed from titanium, the substantial 43.5mm case is considerably lighter on the wrist than its dimensions suggest, while the blue dial and matching ceramic bezel give this reference its distinctive character.
This discontinued generation of the Planet Ocean builds on the collection introduced by OMEGA in 2005, incorporating a GMT complication into the professional 600M platform. The blue dial features luminous hands and hour markers, a date display at 3 o'clock and a central GMT hand, while the blue ceramic bi-directional bezel allows additional time-zone functionality.
At its heart is the OMEGA Co-Axial Calibre 8605 automatic movement, a COSC-certified chronometer developed with both GMT and time-zone functionality. Equipped with OMEGA's Co-Axial escapement and twin barrels mounted in series, it provides approximately 60 hours of power reserve and can be viewed through the sapphire exhibition caseback.
